In person, both projectors looked fantastic. The blacks on the Epson was ‘blacker’ in our simple test, but a lot of the people in the demo really liked the color on the Panasonic. I thought the colors on the Epson seemed a little more ‘lifelike’ but the colors on the Panasonic did pop. Bottom line you’d be happy with either one. I guess I’d get the one that has the best deal. 3rd party reviews rank them both very high too.
