I bought this to replace my 3 year old bulb in a 61″ Samsung DLP television. It already had over 7k hours and was starting to look rather dim. After shopping around I found this to be the best price and had the most accurate description of what was being sold.
Installation is very easy and anybody that can turn a screw driver should be able to install this in about 5 minutes if you take your time. This includes both the bulb and housing, so other than 2-3 screws, there isn’t a whole lot involved in replacing it.
Everything works and functioned as described. If you need more help, just search Youtube for videos that walk you through the easy install process. As for the bulb/housing, I couldn’t ask for more. It made my TV look like it did when it was brand new! It’s like buying a new TV, but a lot less expensive.
