<description>Product worked for about a month after which I gave Optoma many chances to remedy the situation. Optoma&#039;s actual policy on warantied returns is NOT to cover intital shipping cost! So after being out shipping cost Optoma tried to charge me for the repair. After a heated argument with a phone rep they told me they would take care of it. The product was returned to me in the same condition, NON FUNCTIONING. Optoma made it clear they would not be repairing product again because now it was out of warranty even thought the repair reciet clearly states 90 days, - WILL NOT BUY OPTOMA AGAIN
