Cheap Projectors
By pfhometheater | November 17, 2009
A common problem when you want to create a home cinema system is that it easily takes off with money. Sure, for those who have a fortune in the bank account is not suffering, but for the rest of us, who wants to enjoy the big picture and surround sound that comes with a home cinema system, it is not so simple.
A tip that allows you to save money is first and foremost to build it yourself. What I think about is mainly the sound system. Today there are a lot of good descriptions on the web that tells you how you should do to build this yourself.
Another tip is about the projectors. Now it’s not common practice to build these at home, but, if you care where you are going to be when you watch a movie, you can save a lot of money.
By selecting a dark room, such as a basement that is easy to cover from ambient light, you do not have to use those expensive projectors. The ambient light is the biggest problem when you want to set up a home cinema system. If you have a dark room, you can buy of the cheap projector for a few hundred dollars. Another positive thing is that you can also use white screens instead of gray, making it significantly cheaper.
Finally, with a dark room, you can choose any of these cheap projectors available for sale and still be able to enjoy a perfect picture. And if you build your own speaker system, you will be able to save another few hundred dollars!
Good Luck!
