You know that cellular phone numbers are not listed in any directory. Locating somebody by cellular phone number is difficult. There are however what I would call some trial and error techniques that you could try and you might be lucky to get a result with any one of them.
Of late there are some websites that have emerged and attempted to create a white pages directory of cell phone numbers. The idea has been to get people to volunteer to have their numbers listed on these sites maybe in exchange for the same search service or some other reason.
The chances of locating a person by cellular phone form these site are 50/50. The reason is that these sites are not yet popular and do not have a large following. So they have a limited number of people in their database.
Otherwise you could try the free search engine service. Depending on the number of things, you can use the search option on the search engine’s home page to locate a person free of charge by their cellular phone number. The only way that this can generate an outcome is if the number that you’re trying to find was may be part of ad or documents that’s been put on the net and happens to have in it the person’s contact details.
Broaden your search by trying out the various search engines. Like I mentioned above that trying to locate a person by cellular phone number is not a “piece of cake”. If after having tried the free search sites and checking using the search engines you still have not been able to get a name for your number then you might have to consider a paid search.

The introduction of the Global Positioning System opened up another avenue for another kind of people finder search. It would seem as if people are becoming obsessed with the idea of tracing and locating people there are people that want to find someone with A GPS free. The Global Positioning System operates by calculating the distance of an object from the three aerials that are closest to it.
